A) Service Unit:

Started in 2009, since inception this division is offering extended services to domestic utilities for repairs and regular maintenance of Distribution & Power Transformers.

B) Turnkey Projects:

Started in 2009 as a subcontractor for laying 11 KV distribution lines through subcontracting and graduated to turnkey contractor in no time by mastering Design, Supply and Erection of Substations, HT & LT Lines, High Voltage Distribution (HVDS) network & Rural Electrification. SSE has the experience of erection of more than 80,000 kilometers of HT and LT lines and is the largest EPC contractor for HVDS projects in India.

C) Transformer Manufacturing:

JS INSULATOR ventured in to transformer manufacturing in 2004 to reduce its dependency on transformer manufacturers for deliveries and quality. Today JS INSULATOR is an ISO 9001  certified plant for Design, Manufacturing and Supply of Power and Distribution transformers with installed   capacity to manufacture approximately 100000 plus transformers of various ratings annually in distribution and Medium Power range.

JS INSULATOR has capability to manufacture both conventional CRGO Core type transformers and eco-friendly amorphous metal Core type transformers. JS INSULATOR Transformer manufacturing unit has the credibility of manufacturing more than Four Lakh Transformers, which are currently installed on the various utility grids across India.

In the last decade, JS INSULATOR has mastered the art of mass production, which is now the core strength of the company. Complete Backward integration for key input materials along with continuous efforts in automation of various process lines has improved the  efficiency of delivering identical transformers in multiples of hundred with consistent quality.

Adding to the credibility, JS  insulator  is the first organization in the world which has successfully conducted short circuit test at KEMA Laboratory, Prague on most critical combination type of transformers i.e. Amorphous Transformers with Aluminum windings on  250 kVA, 400 kVA & 630 kVA.
